the absolute worst to deal with. Customer service is nonexistent. When you can get a hold of someone you can not understand them due to a very very heavy accent and limited English. Book straight with the airline, the booking issues I had woth Orbotz COULD BE FIXED BY ORBITZ! They repeatedly said "we can't change or book because the airline does not allow us to". How is that possible if I initially booked thru Orbitz. USLESS AND TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE.

It doesn't work. It keeps freezing and is unresponsive. Advertises one price, but when you select it, it refreshes & gives error saying that price isn't available anymore and leaves you with a price that was hundreds of dollars higher. You try again and the original (lower) price still shows as available. You refresh, clear cache, uninstall/re-install etc. and still deal with the same issues.

DO NOT BOOK WITH Zezgo whatever you do!!! They have ridiculous requests like needing insurance declaration page and one is not told in advance. Insurance agencies are closed on weekends so cannot retrieve. They make you purchase their insurance on top of yours. They then add toll road payments and will only take a credit card not a bank debit in the drivets name only. When we were unable to meet the demands we were told to cancel online but it won't let you!
