Ratings and reviews

Orion doesn't work. It's almost impossible to speak to a human. When you try to get help in the app, it just sends you to Orion, which asks, "Did you know we have an app?"... while you're already using the app. The internet service was poor, customer support was extremely difficult to reach, and the mandatory 30-day cancellation notice means you end up paying for a service you may no longer use. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend bundling your internet with Origin.

This app makes it easy to understand your bill. Because you can see your energy usage & keep track of it, it helps in keeping your bill down. The only thing is it sometimes takes 1-3 days to see your usage on the day before otherwise it's a pretty good app.

After their data breach and over 900,000 accounts have been hacked, personal details, including banking and credit card information have been leaked out to the web, i have been advised from my bank not to use the app at all and to change my password login details online through a browser immediately. or to change provider for security...
