Pay bills with a tap, see when your next bill is due or check how much energy you’re using.

Our usage graphs show your historical and current usage data for electricity, hot water and natural gas.

See the solar you've fed back to the grid, as well as the credits you've earned.

Origin Spike rewards members for completing energy-saving goals during peak power hours. Earn points that can be turned into PayPal cash or gift cards.

Manage your LPG account, order gas bottles for any of your locations, pay invoices and track your deliveries right to your door.

I think it's good, I think it would be handy to have a feature or option to contact the driver. As i actually get my next in line and your gas has been delivered notifications all in one go. it would be good to ask for a heads up when they are 15 mins away as next in line when you are in the city could mean 5 mins but next in line when I love in central Queensland can mean a lot longer. leaving gates open all day isn't always an option. help with this would be fantastic

Watch ur account v carefully! They took it upon themselves to move me to a higher, much more expensive tariff without my knowledge! Their excuse was they sent me a letter! I didn't read the letter, didn't reply n didn't ever request a tariff change either, yet they took it upon themselves to upgrade my bill from £26 to £39pm without my request or consent! I don't recommend this company at all 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ Response, I completely stand by my review! Renewing should be that! Not unwanted upgrades

Hi Claire. Most of our plans run for 12 months and we send notification when your plan is expiring. If this relates to a tariff change, then notification would be sent (as you've indicated) and customers can contact us to discuss their options. I used to love this app as I could see how much electricity I was using each hour of the day. In the last week or so it's changed and no longer shows this, it just shows a graph of daily usage with no way of seeing the actual hourly cost/usage anymore. It was incredibly helpful to be able to view this so I could see for example how much extra it costs to have the aircon on. Now all I can see is that there was an obvious spike in that period with no way to know how much it cost or how much used.
