shows the recent payment that's been made, clearing the amount owing (and which was overdue), somehow a payment that I'd made nearly two weeks ago, is only just reflected, now, on the app, it saying my account is in credit by that amount of $75, yet when I click on the bills section, it still says that the amount showing on your records, is still owing. at a time when a lot are financially hurting, that $75 could've been put towards things that are needed.

Hi Mark, thanks for your feedback and sorry for the confusion. Payments can sometimes take a little time to update across all sections of the app, which may be why you're seeing a credit while the bills section still shows a balance. For some reason the app has changed, it now displays the predicted bill, I assume with the daily service charge removed. As a result the predicted bill is much less than the cost to date, this is somewhat misleading as the predicted bill will not be what will have to be paid. The previous version of the app was more representative of an upcoming bill.

With Broadband I couldn't find a way to pay off a smaller amount than the full amount owed on my account. Cos via phone, I was told to pay $20 via the Origin app but couldn't. Also your broadband service can be slow, so both above reasons have cost u a ☆ Origin. The fact that Origin Broadband doesn't accept Centrepay as payment but Origin Electric does has cost u another ☆ Origin. Other than that I am happy with the service 🙂
