Ratings and reviews

Orion doesn't work. It's almost impossible to speak to a human. When you try to get help in the app, it just sends you to Orion, which asks, "Did you know we have an app?"... while you're already using the app. The internet service was poor, customer support was extremely difficult to reach, and the mandatory 30-day cancellation notice means you end up paying for a service you may no longer use. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend bundling your internet with Origin.

Update: September 26. What happened to this app? I can no longer see expected costs. I'm trying to change habits in my house and now can't see the benefits or budget for bills. Before: compared to other energy apps I've used this is easy to use and while not live the info is relatively up to date

Daily usage costs stopped displaying for me in the app a few weeks ago, and are still not showing weeks later. When the only reason most people would want to use the app is to check their usage, that's a bit of a fail.
