Ratings and reviews

A fine app that needs a few tweaks to improve the experience. I don't want to log in every time I launch the app, MFA adds unnecessary friction too (if the app is on my phone then MFA by texting my phone is redundant). I would like to see the bill cost in the "Make a payment" screen (Pay Now > BPAY), it only shows the cost in the Pay Now > Card option. It would be great if Internet management was also fully integrated and didn't require a separate browser. Otherwise, it works well. Thank you

Easy to use app for payments, setting up direct debit and keeping track of usage etc with the option to add to wallet for discounts on being an origin customer. l also love the discount for bundling internet into my plan too! I'm a new customer to origin and will be staying with them.

Easy to navigate. User friendly to customers who understand the rates and data. I would like to suggest better explanations on energy prices and how they form with some basic vocabulary of the terminology used in the app
