Ratings and reviews

Orion doesn't work. It's almost impossible to speak to a human. When you try to get help in the app, it just sends you to Orion, which asks, "Did you know we have an app?"... while you're already using the app. The internet service was poor, customer support was extremely difficult to reach, and the mandatory 30-day cancellation notice means you end up paying for a service you may no longer use. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend bundling your internet with Origin.

A fine app that needs a few tweaks to improve the experience. I don't want to log in every time I launch the app, MFA adds unnecessary friction too (if the app is on my phone then MFA by texting my phone is redundant). I would like to see the bill cost in the "Make a payment" screen (Pay Now > BPAY), it only shows the cost in the Pay Now > Card option. It would be great if Internet management was also fully integrated and didn't require a separate browser. Otherwise, it works well. Thank you

It's a very handy app. the only thing missing is telling me what costs most in my home, lol the app is simple and easy to use, makes paying bills less stress. only problem is have is at times I dont get notifications when I should
