The cleaning service is very disappointing. Random people with no knowledge about cleaning. One time half of the things from the contract wasn't done at all. Another time one guy came and he had no idea how to wash windows, I had to clean all the windows after his service. Never again.

Really bad customer service. The cleaner was running 30 minutes late (no call received to say she was running late), then cancelled 5 minutes from my house. No justification or apology given, just a refund of the amount paid. If I was to cancel last minute they would have kept the total amount paid, so they are just money grabbers. This is the second and last time this has happened and I'm uninstalling the app. Rubbish service. Don't be fooled by their promises.

I requested home cleaning service for 1 professional for 3 hours but 2 came up. most of the time they were talking to each other and didn't followed instructions. Overall there was no professionalism and the platform should not allowed this
