I am still unable to perform biometric verification on my Samsung A20 device. The issue persists, and I continue to face glitches. Whenever I attempt biometric verification, the phone does not properly focus on my fingerprints and instead captures a picture, I also tried using a different phone. I installed the latest version of the app from the Play Store; however, the biometric option was not available in that version. Upon checking, I noticed that the app old version

The features of the system are truly outstanding. However, I've observed that it only accommodates whole numbers in the batch, which can be limiting for some businesses. For instance, there are businesses that deal with mixed batches, including identifiers such as "METHA-2025," which combine both letters and numbers. I recall mentioning this issue six months ago, and I was told that the next update would allow for this type of batch. Unfortunately, that change has yet to happen.
