Ratings and reviews

The Ottai app has been getting worse since the August update. Background monitoring is not working properly. The floating display freezes, CGM data stops updating, and syncing only continues when I reopen the app. Worst of all, hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia alerts may not work when background monitoring stops. This is a serious issue for a CGM app. Please fix the background monitoring, syncing, floating display, and alerts urgently!

i do love the info available in the app but it is getting on my nerves as I can't turn off its ability to pop up every time I look at my phone even though every possible notification is turned off. triggered by physical activity and no matter what I am doing (email, text or other app) it takes over and opens up so I have to close it and go back to what I was previously doing. it's driving me insane please make it stop. I don't want to delete the app but I am seriously close to doing that!

i noticed after the latest update.. the synching of data from the sensor has become slower and most the top app notifications are cut in half, too narrow, or not centered.. the data too is not that accurate as it has always been a +/- 20 mmol for me... i hope we can fix it.
