i do love the info available in the app but it is getting on my nerves as I can't turn off its ability to pop up every time I look at my phone even though every possible notification is turned off. triggered by physical activity and no matter what I am doing (email, text or other app) it takes over and opens up so I have to close it and go back to what I was previously doing. it's driving me insane please make it stop. I don't want to delete the app but I am seriously close to doing that!

The App works, The BGM works. They just don't work together. Bluetooth won't connect to device even after taking all trouble shooting measures. 6 days later and 4 Emails they are still at the trying to diagnose stage expecting me to still be wearing a device that doesn't work. I would be happy to try a replacement or refund-its not that hard.

Customer service is extremely bad. No response given to data errors and incorrect readings. Today it's handled 100% by AI. Option to upload real-time screenshot and accurate Glucose meter readings has been disabled. Can't claim refund for faulty device giving incorrect reading or false alarms. Can't trust the app and the device anymore as Customer service too is useless to monitor it. Earlier was 48 hours waiting period to get it accurate and now the inaccurate readings is happening every day.
