Ratings and reviews

Even though I registered with a regular oumua, not a pro, the app now thinks I have a pro and asks me to connect my device before I can start an exercise. There is no way for me to change the type of oumua linked to my account, so the app is basically useless now. Still glad I got the regular device, because I can use it without the app, just need to find other sources of exercises.

Unfortunately I was never able to use this app as the device I received was defective and would not power on. Contrary to what their site says about the warranty and support they have not sent me a replacement and have stopped communicating with me. We went back and forth with over 12 emails and now are silent.

Doesn't upload exercises to the app so there are no analytics to track progress. Customer service is sometimes okay, but haven't done anything to fix the issue, nor provided me with any indication it will be fixed. I will likely return the device and move on to.
