Ratings and reviews

Even though I registered with a regular oumua, not a pro, the app now thinks I have a pro and asks me to connect my device before I can start an exercise. There is no way for me to change the type of oumua linked to my account, so the app is basically useless now. Still glad I got the regular device, because I can use it without the app, just need to find other sources of exercises.

The app support and accuracy of data is horrible. A lot of the exercises glitch out and don't work, especially the inhale hold, dropping your compliance to 0. The lung age tests give me different numbers every time, with a 30 year difference in lung age across 3 subsequent tests. Not worth the money as it isn't accurate enough to provide any meaningful data. Customer support/app support also does not apply.

Unfortunately I was never able to use this app as the device I received was defective and would not power on. Contrary to what their site says about the warranty and support they have not sent me a replacement and have stopped communicating with me. We went back and forth with over 12 emails and now are silent.
