The Outback App uses data encryption to protect your financial information and card data is never stored on Outback Steakhouse servers. The Outback App uses GPS to enhance the user experience by prompting you when searching for a restaurant. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

App never works, and I've tried many times. I go through the whole ordering process, when I finally get to the Submit Order, I get "an unknown error has occurred". Happens every single time. It's hopeless. Magically, if you go to the website, it works. Is anyone alive over there that can fix this? If not, get rid of the useless app. Wake up people! You're clueless, mate.

1/24/24: Pay via the app was removed around June last year. Put it back please!! Also, need a menu option that doesn't require you to start an order. I shouldn't have to choose curbside or delivery just to see the menu!! Also would be nice if I could expand the items in the activity section to see the receipt that earned the rewards.

I've eaten here many times the one that mechanicsville last month with the first time I got it to go order in many years Everything was great except for they forgot them orange marinade.. hopefully this time someone's kind enough to get it for me on my to-go order. established friendly and courteous and normally when I dine in I have a wonderful server, as well as management that stop by and greet my party
