We can finally see our rewards and actually use them in-app, but you can't see or update the credit card on file in your account, AND the menu is different than when ordering through the Outback website! A big example which is a deal breaker for our family, is that when ordering through the app, you cannot order Seasonal nor Mixed Vegetables as a side with your meal! Only as an Extra add-on! If you can order it on the website, it should be available in the app, too!

The only problem is with the website area for getting on the waiting list. When you open it, it says "Unfortunately, Outback has stopped" and won't let you do anything else. Then, I just used it to get on the waiting list at the Butler, NJ location and it worked just fine. I'm sure that Outback loses at least a few customers due to this. FIX IT PERMANENTLY! Being forced to call the restaurant to get on the waiting list is completely ridiculous when they supposedly offer that on the website.

This app works about 20% of the time. There are very basic functions that I use it for and can only accomplish part of the time. I use the check in feature but sometimes it hangs up on the location, meaning it puts me in a totally different state. The rewards function never accurately reflects what "visit" we are on.
