Problems with email message and custom location I use this app a lot, however lately the description doesn't show in the email any more & I have to retype it in, otherwise only the photos show with no explanation. This is very annoying. Also I've never been able to set the custom location. If I report it later, it just has the current location, & I can't change it to the correct location. Therefore the message would get sent to the wrong council!! Then I get an email saying, I need to send the message to another council, defeats the purpose of app!
Needs an email account I went thru the entire process of submitting a report to my local council to find i needed an active email account to submit it. I deliberately don't have email on my phone and was expecting the app would submit the form rather than turn it into an email for me to send. I'll just stick to emailing my local council directly (from a computer) rather than using an app.
Keeps zooming to current location Used to love this app but now keeps zooming to current location so can't report on issues observed after my ride. Great idea, only wish it would actually get the local council to do something
No Outcome Location is out so have had to manually write address in subject. Sent in requests regarding dumped rubbish that have not dealt with days later. Seems like no one is responding.
Try to put in correct address for location of incident, but keep jumping back to GPS location of where I am. PS Over 12 months later problem still has not been fixed. Uninstalled
Is the "server error" a permanent way of saying this doesn't work and never will? Tried a few times and eventually gave up. Disappointing as it has much potential.
