It does not work when connected to my Orbi mesh WiFi - it does not find all devices. The desktop app seems even worse, when on WiFi. It works over ethernet. If the app can't find all known devices (known to the router, and appearing in the desktop app client's arp table), then how would I trust it to discover an intruder? I spent more than a week trying to get it to work, including 16 emails with Fing support. At this point, I can not recommend this app for use over WiFi with an Orbi mesh setup.

Do not purchase. Doesn't work as described. Paid the 7.99 (per month) for 30 mins. So frustrating. No refunds. Couldn't scroll on app to turn on notifications or any security options, etc. Isn't up to date. Hasn't noticed any new devices for 30 mins and we turned s few on and off. No way to refresh. Just all in all seems like a scam.

For several years, this was my goto app for a quick network view. Sadly, not anymore. This app was dependable, always, now it is trying very hard to force you to pay for a subscription. What that means, is at a random time, the app will stop allowing you to refresh the network data of a random network. You have no way of knowing when it will happen, it could be the next time you open the app, it will just refuse to allow you to hit refresh. Really sad end to a great relationship. Bye.
