Ratings and reviews

Scored only this low primarily because of all the crashes. It'd a huge pain currently to get an order through, constantly praying the app won't crash before you get it placed. Otherwise, the point system is awesome and the app is generally easy to use! Minor gripe: having each size of each pizza listed as a separate menu item really clogs up the menu when scrolling through. Should be grouped as an option on each pizza instead.

The interface between the App and the Store Order Printer seems to be encountering an issue with ingredients/sauce custpmization I placed an order in the app, and got an order confirmation with the same order details. However, when I picked up the pizza, the sauce was incorrect. I checked the store order slip and it was missing the sauce customization info, and the pizza had regular Marinera sauce, instead of the Alfredo sauce I had ordered.

Mr. Pizza on Haggerty has the most considerate staff! We order delivery quite a bit. The few times we placed Pick-Up orders, the manager called to ensure we indeed wanted to pick up our order versus having it delivered. The attention to customer detail is impressive. Kudos to the staff and manager!
