using chomp versus the Google texting app Samsung would have forced me to install is awesome. all the personalization themes, fonts, backgrounds are fabulous for those of us who get bored looking at the same thing all the time. only thing I wish it did was when sending something like a picture (mms) over data it said sent cause there's really no way of knowing if it went thru... would definitely recommend.

Like a lot of Samsung Refugees I tried the Google mess and found this option. Extremely easy to install and begin using. I'm not the most tech savvy person. I still write letters and pay bills with checks. For me this is the best thing to find. Supposedly has ads but I haven't had any yet. Will most likely pay the fee to ensure it stays that way. The migration to this platform has been the simplest and stress free thing in having a new phone. Keep up the good work

I was forced to switch over from my Samsung messages because Samsung sold out to shady a$$ google. I just got the paid version for a ONE TIME CHARGE OF $9.99 & it's worth it! You can use your own pictures from your phone for your background with the paid & they have ALOT of their themes too. This is a great app so far. For the unpaid version, ads are tiny and not really noticeable, with very few themes. I love the paid because it's NOT a monthly subscription, it's a 1 time $9.99 fee.
