About this app

The Packaged Logistics app is for drivers and site operators working with Packaged Logistics. It requires a Packaged Logistics account — ask your logistics manager for access.

FOR DRIVERS
• See your assigned collections at a glance, with producer and receiver details, requested dates and load information.
• Walk each job through a guided journey: depart, arrive at producer, collect, arrive at receiver, deliver — one tap per step, in the right order, every time.
• Capture proof on the spot: signatures, photos and weighbridge tickets are attached to the job as you go.
• Location tracking during an active journey keeps the office informed of progress — tracking runs only between Depart and Delivered, and stops automatically when the job is done.

FOR SITE OPERATORS (VERICYC)
• Scan tamper-evident QR labels to receive inbound goods against the delivery manifest.
• Record bulk quantities, temperatures, storage locations and delivery photos as you unload.
• Flag issues with photos, capture off-manifest items, and finish with a signed receipt.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works through connectivity drops: status updates, evidence, scans and location pings queue on the device and sync automatically when signal returns.
• Designed for one-handed use on phones and rugged handheld scanners.
