i was having a system error/issue with the card o forgot the PIN so to verify the account it ask to scan my ID and face recognition but I kept on receiving error msg something went wrong please try later for like 2 days until yesterday that I could finally logged into the App. My question here is "why being the card holder can't get my money out by providing ID and details of the account at the Oxxo store" ??? THeck

well,if you got a Ploblem opening a Banj Regular Account,Go whit OXXO,its the Best Option Why? Becouse they are everyway,simple like that...☺.
