i was having a system error/issue with the card o forgot the PIN so to verify the account it ask to scan my ID and face recognition but I kept on receiving error msg something went wrong please try later for like 2 days until yesterday that I could finally logged into the App. My question here is "why being the card holder can't get my money out by providing ID and details of the account at the Oxxo store" ??? THeck

Pls Update your app, I can't log into the app because it's asking me to accept 3 terms of service and continue, but it won't let me continue it just loops around, i have an Android Honor Phone and have heard it has a few difficulties there. Por favor, Actualice su aplicación. No puedo iniciar mi sesión en la aplicación porque me pide que acepte los 3 términos de servicio y continúe, pero no me deja continuar, simplemente da vueltas. Tengo un teléfono Android Honor. Y he oído que es diferente

I got scammed they sent me a message saying to not miss out on my points of 6 thousand and sumthing to click on a link I did they asked for my password and I entered it and in less then one minute they wiped out all the money I had in there and I contact customer service and said they couldn't do NOTHING....Pathetic
