i was having a system error/issue with the card o forgot the PIN so to verify the account it ask to scan my ID and face recognition but I kept on receiving error msg something went wrong please try later for like 2 days until yesterday that I could finally logged into the App. My question here is "why being the card holder can't get my money out by providing ID and details of the account at the Oxxo store" ??? THeck

easy to use, many products, gaining points simple & effective oxxo has a great app

Application doesn't always operate. Most importantly, having used the service for over a year, it is a fraudulent service. I've had multiple double charges, never credited back to the account along with returns never reflecting in the final balance. I do not recommend this service to anyone for any reason. The customer service is unable to give accurate information for this issue. For the most recent double charge I've been waiting more than 30 days with a "pending" double charge.
