It used to work great but about 3 weeks ago they updated the app to a new format and it continues to say error and that I don't have enough hours. When it clearly shows I have money to borrow. I've been on the phone on and off for weeks. No help! They said that I'm in the system twice and someone will fix it and get back to me. No one has got back to me. Can someone contact me!

They have a horrible tech customer service. The original customer service representative couldn't do anything, they transferred me to the tech customer service and with them being closed last week and this week to try to link together 72 business hours till next week

I made two withdrawals totaling $600. The app had an issue with my agency processing my paycheck. So they just charged my checking account before my check was deposited. I'm glad I had the funds to cover this or many things could have bounced.
