The "Pay Now" button is not working. I'm clicking the "Pay Now" button multiple times...and it's just not doing anything. The most important part of business is payment. But it's not working on your app. I spent an hour or more choosing flights, putting in info, and choosing seats, and now I can't move on to pay? Now must close the app to start over. Huh? Hello Developers? I may have to choose another airline. This is a waste of time and too risky.

Keeps givign me notifications that I need to settle some alerts, but no indication as to where they are. Had to seek them out by opening each tab. There is one residual alert that has no description, and Ive already spoken to a rep about advanced meal requests via carrier form, but that still is coming up as an unresolved issue. I can't complete the manage-booking task therefore, my trip details have yet to still be loaded to "manage bookings" tab. Its really frustrating.

It's been going on for days now; every single time I open the app it crashes and closes or stops working. I can't event click to 'manage booking' or 'check in". I've deleted the app and reinstalled and it's still the same. It's so frustrating. My flight is tomorrow morning and I've had to resort to the web page instead. Smh.
