**Edit 16th August 26. Can't even log into the app 🤦🏻😂** So bad... Always errors! App always comes back with no availability on this day. So you have to go to the website on a computer to search to actually book a flight. logged out constantly. It's just a really frustrating experience. Especially when traveling and you don't have access to a computer. no, I will not do your recommendation.... fix your app 😒 all other apps work fine without cache clearing and unstalling

The "Pay Now" button is not working. I'm clicking the "Pay Now" button multiple times...and it's just not doing anything. The most important part of business is payment. But it's not working on your app. I spent an hour or more choosing flights, putting in info, and choosing seats, and now I can't move on to pay? Now must close the app to start over. Huh? Hello Developers? I may have to choose another airline. This is a waste of time and too risky.

Can confirm app is awful. It wouldn't let me buy seats, it wouldn't let me buy prepaid luggage. It didn't save any of my personal information and it wouldn't let me buy the seats because it didn't save the personal information. An error in the luggage section that kept saying "we could not save any of your luggage choices". Note to PAL management: fire your app developers and hire another company. I wound up calling PAL and they sold me the luggage at half the price the app was charging.
