Easy to use pero too fast sa verification. Signal is kinda weak and the sending of code is slow, inputting palang is very hard. I tried inputting the verification code but when I got back, the session is over kasi it's already expired. Can you like extend it for another 5 seconds or make it a minute? It's very hard to input kasi I am somewhat slow. Please fix it

I am very regret to use this app for payment of billing. When i check all of the reviews it's too late when i've known that you have a lot of negative reviews. I paid my bills in internet but unfortunately the payment was unposted and did'nt reflect to the system. It was very frustrated experience for the first time. I actually scammed of this app. One more funny thing for this app after a several report, they remove in transaction history of my payment. Who's behind of this?

Never using PalawanPay again! Their customer service is the worst. I transferred funds last Friday, and it’s been 5 days — still not received by the recipient’s bank. When I contacted support, they just kept asking the same questions over and over. Total waste of time.
