My AC is still in warranty. A technician visited today for servicing. Before that, the AC could be connected to wifi using MirAle App. However, after serving, when I tried to connect the AC, it didn't work. I was told to remove the device from the app & pair it again with the device. I tried many things, and later,I noticed that the app is basically not responding when my mobile is connected to wifi. Although the wifi is okay, it says, "Unable to reach the server. Please try again later!".

For anyone who has not purchased the Panasonic AC yet. Don't!!! I purchased mine a year back, and within 5 months, the product showed issues. We have called for servicing many times, and I must say it's a waste of time and money. They have not fixed the issue to date, and other problems have started coming up. The AC regularly just throws air instead of a fluent air flow, and it just started making weird noises. The app doesn't detect and hence doesn't connect. A big NO to Panasonic.

horrible horrible app, it crashes every single time and only does not work when it's 40 degrees outside!! Despite everything I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. either you change the app or fix it. It is infuriating when it's so hot outside and the app does not work half of the time. If there was an option I'd rate this app minus 5. If you only wanted me to use the remote then you shouldn't develop the app only. this is the worst app ever & I have 3 ACs from panasonic, horrible experience.
