Mostly the server is down during night time and I couldn't turn on the schedule profile. And sometimes, the AC would show as turned off while it's actually on and connected to WiFi. Also, it would be better if we can adjust the timings in the scheduled profile rather than sticking with the one hour time. Because the room sometimes cools within 15 - 20 mins and it gets really chilly if I let the AC run for an hour.

For anyone who has not purchased the Panasonic AC yet. Don't!!! I purchased mine a year back, and within 5 months, the product showed issues. We have called for servicing many times, and I must say it's a waste of time and money. They have not fixed the issue to date, and other problems have started coming up. The AC regularly just throws air instead of a fluent air flow, and it just started making weird noises. The app doesn't detect and hence doesn't connect. A big NO to Panasonic.

The AC works well during the day, cooling efficiently and quietly. However, at night, persistent server issues make the app completely unusable, disrupting remote control and scheduling features. This is frustrating and needs urgent fixing. Overall, decent performance but the app's nighttime glitches are a major letdown.
