Hi The Panel Station Team, I am facing a technical issue while logging into my account. After entering the OTP, I am getting an error: 'Request failed with status code 500'. I tried to email your support team, but the mail bounced back. Could you please help me fix this?

Joined The Panel Station many many years ago, have always tried to find out about an app available and each time something became available, it was delays, problems & issues with the app! I've recently downloaded this one again, hoping something might have changed, but no such luck! I can't log in with my credentials and even just trying to register in order to create a new profile, is completely impossible (keeps on kicking you out!) Have to give up on this one once and for all!

This is not the best app, most of the Surveys you are thrown out. Others you do halfway and then they tell you, "oops sorry something went wrong" You get a lot of surveys in your email but you can only do about 1 out 20 without a problem. Last time I claimed my rewards, I didn't get it, when I followed up, they resend it immediately, but when I wanted to claim it, it said it had been claimed already. I did not even bother any further.
