Thank you! Amazing app, I installed it an hour ago, when I felt first signs of a new panic attack, and it helped a lot! Reading some info and breathing saved me from having a full-blown episode. My body still feels very weird, but I am not scared at all! Thank you! P.S. I love the way you animated this breathe-helping shapes:)
I suspect those reviewing this app highly have never had a panic attack in their lives. It's a collection of very short explanations (better can be found online), and excercise which are zero use when feeling in an anxious or panicked state - which this app suggests it is intended to deal with. Really avoid this "app"
Amazing function After downloading this app. A loud boom came out of nowhere and I panicked onto the floor. Quick relief after using this awesome app for 5 mins. Thank you.
