Caltier Fund 1, LP

The Caltier Portfolio Fund (Caltier Fund 1, LP) aims to invest into existing class 'B & C' multi-family assets in the West & South Western United States.

These assets will have an identified 'value-add' aspect to them in that if they are acquired and then improved the rents can be increased to meet the local economic standard.

We look for assets in areas that have fundamental economic drivers such as major infrastructure improvements, large businesses opening operations and more.

The Fund contributes equity as the General Partner to Limited Partner depending on the asset and the best returns possible.

I have found this to be very straightforward and user-friendly. Not sure what's really wrong with the naysayers, but I find nothing to dislike about it myself. As in every investment I make, I did my due diligence before finally investing in CalTier and before making use of this app; if one does not do this, it's on oneself, not on the investment/app. Adulting can be difficult at times but necessary IMO.

Very skeptical about this app seens not legit once you invest money you dont have option to withdraw at anytime and if you cancel a transaction it will take for everrr to get it clear i dont know what i was thinking when sign up for this

You'll still wait for investment to come into your account even if you use a debit or credit card it's still 3-5 stupid business days. I wanted my money in investment account same day not wait almost a week ! If you want everyone to be able to invest make the investment in the account after payment and not use slow ACH even on cards that's not dealing in 21 century !
