Ratings and reviews

It's the worst app I've ever seen.I ordered food for pickup but when I reached the location shown on the app, there was no such shop there. When I called customer care they didn't even know why the error happened. Finally, when we asked to deliver, they said they could not deliver.

This app is buggy and horrendous, your delivery time is going to be at least an hour late, no updates or communication. If you actually want to eat on time use a third part like talabat or deliveroo and save yourself the headache of calling customer service and waiting every time you want to order.

Items advertised are not on the menu. The 55 for 13 chicken for instance is missing on the menu. Selection of different pieces is not possible. The choice is between original and spicy only. Texas mostly delivers freshly fried pieces. Something my family absolutely loves about them. Please upgrade the options to what is available in store. Thank you.
