Watch out, this app charges you an additional fee. Ridiculous they have an additional service fee to final customer. They should charge any fee to the parking lot or the building. Paying through this app is more expensive than in place cahiers... Ridiculous!!!!

¡Hola Luis!, Parco es un servicio opcional e independiente al estacionamiento. Tú puedes decidir si lo utilizas por sus beneficios: evitar filas, olvidarte del efectivo, facturar con facilidad, entre otros. El cargo adicional es para darte el mejor servicio y poder existir como empresa 💙. Saludos.

Add PayPal API / option. Would give me more confidence than adding a credit card straight into the app. For some locations, there is no QR code on the ticket, but rather a series of numbers which I have to manually input. You should improve that.

En cuanto al boleto, nosotros nos integramos estacionamiento, no podemos modificar el tipo de boleto, pero te aseguramos que trabajamos todos los días para ofrecerte la mejor #ExperienciaParco

Until Android 11 no problems, but when OTA Android 12 update arrives, after upgrade my smartphone, suddenly the app disappear and now can't install it again, only shows a dialog with the message that the app can't install, I try to remove updates of Google Play Store and clear cache without exit. Please fix it as soon as possible because is very useful app.
