Unfortunately the app is not usable with a combination of app and server error messages. I tried to set up a new account about ten times but there was an app error each time. At this point I gave up on the app and tried using a kiosk on the street instead. The kiosk was stuck on the BIOS boot screen so it was also unusable. I've never had issues like this with bikeshare systems in other cities. It was a huge disappointment not to be able to experience Paris as I had planned for this trip.

Frequently broken. The theory behind the app is nice. You can rent a bike and send complaints if the bike is broken. In addition you can see where the bike storage places are and if there are any bikes available. However, the app is frequently stuck. Hopefully you can fix it.
This is borderline fraud. The deposit to rent a bike for one-way trip is 300 euros. However there is a catch: it takes 7 to 30 DAYS to get it back. The company never mentions this anywhere. What happened is that me and my SO rented two bikes for just about 30 minutes, which cost us 600 euros. Now we won't have the money back until the vacation is over. 600 euros is the price of a whole vacation itself! What is probably happening is that the company uses your money like a bank. Fraudent.
