Can't sign up. Told there is a problem connecting to the server, despite I have tried two different IP address. The app was last updated as of 7/22/2024. Unbelievable. The sign up process cant be continued even if briefly exiting the app to just check something else. Please fix. Merci boucoup

Purchased a 1-day pass and successfully installed the app + enabled the NFC feature prior to our trip. Unfortunately the app was not usable: Could not get NFC to work (using a recent Samsung S21) and got a constant stream of server error messages. Had to call the support desk 3 times and they were definitely kind and helpful but overall Velib is an extremely painful experience, so would not recommend at all...
