It's generally a good service and unlike what other comments say, most bikes are in good shape. HOWEVER 1) electric bikes are not very useful as the pedal assist is not very strong, so I always use the mechanical ones which are fine. 2) As a foreigner, I can't add my card to the app. So every time I want a bike I need to use my credit card, which means every time there's a "pending" 300€ added to my card, which is a lot, because these don't go away quickly (I still have some from a week ago).

Horrible experience to sign up. Resets everything when switching to a different app (e.g. to verify phone number) or when a password manager like LastPass is being used. After disabling the password manager and writing down my phone number first I am being greeted with an "Oops, there seems to be a problem with the server." Such a waste of time for nothing.

It's the cheapest bike service in Paris but you will go through so much headache, it's not worth it. App is trash and doesn't work on latest Android. Bikes are trash and are always broken. Stations are trash and will lock your rented bike for no reason. All that if you manage to create a subscription since they deny most cards, even issued in France.
