This app did not work for me. I had parked for a couple of days in Montreal, when it was time to leave I could not find the payment machine so I thought this app would be faster. Instead, after selecting the parking garage, it said my ticket was wrong. Either the app is plain broken or I somehow had the wrong garage. Fix your tech such that the garage location is known from the ticket number. As a software engineer, I find this app inexcusably bad and a stain on all of us.

I'm trying to download the app because I've parked in a parking lot and it's not working. I've tried multiple times. I don't want a ticket. Update: this company is the worst. No response about the app not working. No response after sending 2 emails. There phone number goes to an answering machine that says send them an email. They say they will respond within 48 hours. No response in 12days. Only option was to pay $110.00 for a ticket at a lot that the app does not work. Criminal

this app is meter at lot to purchase. it only allows a very limited amount of time. no option for long term parking. to easy to use. it is difficult to locate the actual lot number and address. I used the app and it only allows me to park up to 2 hours at the lot even though i selected 2 additional days. i had to cab back to the parking lot several times. i should have just parked at a lot closer to the event i was attending.
