Ratings and reviews

If they are going to force you to use an app to pay for parking, at least make it work. Multiple times it takes upwards to 15 minutes to get to the pay screen which usually ends up in errors when trying to pay. Biometric login also does not work. The "park again" feature is also very inconsistent which is too bad because it would be quite convenient if it worked

Update: app not working again today. Was told by customer service they would not assist me because I had an outstanding parking ticket. A ticket I received because the app changed the location from where I selected. So frustrating to use this app! There are days where it just continues to give error messages and won't let you pay for parking. I don't need to spend over two hours trying to pay for parking, especially when I'm at work.

Software error led to $75 parking ticket. I used the app to pay for parking on day one. On the second day, this convenient prompt "park again" appeared. I didn't notice that indigo neo changed the licence plate from the one I used the day before. Why would the app offer to "park again", but change details of the vehicle you're using?
