I'm trying to download the app because I've parked in a parking lot and it's not working. I've tried multiple times. I don't want a ticket. Update: this company is the worst. No response about the app not working. No response after sending 2 emails. There phone number goes to an answering machine that says send them an email. They say they will respond within 48 hours. No response in 12days. Only option was to pay $110.00 for a ticket at a lot that the app does not work. Criminal

This app is a failure. Why isn't there an option to pay for less than an hour? Every time I go to an appointment that's only half an hour or less, I have to unnecessarily pay a full hour of $4.54.

payment slider does not work visually. it stays on processing forever and when you attempt to exit the screen, it warns the user that the transaction will not be processed.
