Ratings and reviews

It was a good app, but there was a bug in their software, and I have been unable to renew a subscription for nearly a week. I also cannot add payment methods or make payments. I get an error message stating card declined, please contact your bank. I contact my bank and they tell me no transactions were declined and none were even attempted. I have contacted passes customer service through email (only way possible) and have NEVER heard anything from them.

I'm not sure what you did to your app but things don't work, everything used to work perfect if I was chatting with someone and they posted content i was interested in I could purchase it, now for whatever reason it rejects my payment. I've never heard of a company that gets a share of each sale rejecting the transfer. Guess my money isn't good enough anymore, probably saving me a lot of money at the same time.

Just use the browser. Best thing about this app is that it shows me the notifications. Besides that, it ain't good. App crashes, a lot, like over 10 times a day according to my phone, and especially when typing. App does also not let you see sets you bought in High Res. And this makes me the most angry.
