This has to be the worst app I've ever been forced to use. I've only gotten it to work one single time out of the 50+ times I've tried. It keeps saying that either my credentials are wrong, or that they're experiencing "temporary" difficulties. But the temporary difficulties never go away. The one time the app let me actually log in it was extremely slow. I get notifications from it all the time, but I can't actually follow up on those notifications because the app simply refuses to function.

More often than not the app is "having technical issues, please try again later" what's the point of the app if half the time I either have to go to the bank or an ATM foe something as simple as checking my balance? When it works it's a solid 5/7 but all other times it's a great way to waste storage on your phone.

I find and love the fact that i can check on, and manage my account, see balances ext fast amd easly. I i could change something, it would be to have noticable, proud to have rewards banking with passumpsic, and to make there be faster money updates, instead of having things pending, sometimes for days at a time, and other times things dont show up and then all of a sudden they do, often causing an over draw on my account. having things pending for so long, is often confusing as to money left.
