Update 8/8/2022: Still can't login with the app. Same error message keeps popping up. Is there no one at Patelco who can fix this? It's been months now. This is ridiculous. This app hasn't been working for the last month now. I keep getting a "an unpexted error has occured. Please try again later" message. Very unfortunate. Seems other people have had this issue and it's been going on for a while now.

Doesn't even load after I login. The app worked perfectly fine till the start of December when I logged it. I sat in a loading screen for more than 5 minutes. Figured it must've been the wifi. Turned off my wifi and used the service. Still didn't work. Deleted the app and logged it. It worked. Then I closed the app and tried to log in again to see if the problem occured again. The loading occured again. So it had nothing to do with the connection itself then

The new version doesn't update account balances and us overall more complicated. It also nolonger shows pending transactions and I have to actually sign in to see the last few transactions whereas before, you could preview them on the drop down menu by clicking the account. Uninstalled. Will just use the website considering it basically operates the same way now.
