Users can sign up or log in using their email and complete their basic profile details. Once registered, users can search for doctors based on specialization. After selecting a doctor, they can view the doctor’s profile, check available appointment slots, and book an appointment by choosing either an offline or video consultation. Payments are completed online, and the appointment is confirmed through notifications.
On the doctor’s side, booked appointments appear on their dashboard, where they can manage schedules and view patient details.
Users can also book laboratory tests as per their requirements. If a user selects any major lab test, the admin will contact the user to confirm the details. Once confirmed by the admin, the test booking is finalized.
Additionally, users can purchase medicines through the platform. After adding medicines to the cart, users must provide delivery details and upload a valid prescription. The order is processed only after a medical professional verifies the prescription. Medicines are delivered once verification is successful; otherwise, the order is cancelled.
