Ratings and reviews

A great app and product overall. Customer support is stellar also. I do occasionally get an alert that the food was eaten with a timestamp a few minutes before it was dispensed and sometimes messages are very delayed. Rebooting the device requires both unplugging and removing the batteries. A reboot button in the app would be nice. It would also be nice if there was a way to dispense a meal early without just adding an extra meal. Anyhow, very happy with the product.

it does the job when it feels like it, but often I'm met with "request timed out" and I'm unable to achieve basic functions of the app which are necessary for keeping my cats portions correct. if the app did not constantly time out then it would be an extremely useful app for my $100 automatic cat feeder. the product itself is fantastic but the app is unfortunately a bummer. it could be my device as well, which I'll test some other options, but be warned.

had to update my review I had to disable the smart feed option, the feeder was thinking my cat had not ate the meal, and didn't dispense more even with no food in bowl, this has been an issue for a while now. The screen always shows "Zeroing" out, even if I just zeroed it out. And despite being cloud based no smart home features like Home Assistant, Alexa, Google Home.
