The Uber Pro Card is a business prepaid Mastercard powered by Payfare that is designed exclusively for drivers and couriers who use the Driver app. You can use it to pay for purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

The support agent I spoke with was very kind and did her best to help me. However, I am highly disappointed with the app itself. First, advertising a "Live Chat" feature that only connects to a chatbot with restricted menu options is incredibly frustrating. If a user selects "Other" or an unlisted topic, it should immediately route them to a live person. Second, when I looked for a phone support number, I was only provided with a California number. Calling this incurred expensive long-distance

After the old review, and getting resp to contact by the payfare inc. contacted again to customer service just to get extremely humiliated, they put a note on my name, that I called on Saturday and they were prepared I guess. He was extremely rude. cut me off in the middle and asked me we can't do anything. They usually humiliate whoever calls i guess so no one calls, no calls,no work, again a Filipino guy, now I am thinking, maybe they are too good in any kind of business. Thanks for the info.

This app will lock you out by forcing you to put three security questions. You can try putting the three questions but the app will tell you something went wrong and to try again. I have tried logging in using different phones and this keeps happening. I cant even access the money or details or anything becuase of this and it is ridiculous that you cant even log in using a browser. Beware using this card.
