I'd give it 5 but few minor issues. doesn't update backup balance in real time. I had earned each qualifying prerequisite listed and can't access my backup balance until end of month. the interrac fee is crippling. why even have it? I forgot what it's even like to have fees for e transfer as it's so uncommon amongst most financial institutions in today's day and age. should clarify which ATMs are open in the ATM finder list...hours of operation for listed ATMs major help.

I made a payment this morning to the Merchant, but it got declined. Before that, I had already made a payment of $30. Then I called customer service, and they told me that for this merchant, I can only make payments under $200. This is why I was very frustrated, because I want to make regular payments to this merchant. So, my request is that you remove this limit, so I can make payments of 300, 500, or 1000, as much as I need. I did have money in my Uber card. I am very upset.
