I can't access my app it's showing I'm using developer mode and I should disable it but there's no option to disable it. kindly send how to disable it

Dear Omafuaire, Open your phone’s Settings. Tap System or locate Developer options directly in the main menu. Open Developer options, toggle the switch at the top to Off, then exit Settings. The Developer options menu will no longer appear

I have been trying to sign up since morning, all to no avail. They wouldn't send me varification code not via message or email. And when my friend friend was able to sign up for me, using his own phone. For me to login with my phone since I have downloaded the app is another problem. Rather showing me invalid credentials. And when I try to change password by clicking on forget password. The error message is this account not found. And same account not found can be login with my friend's phone.
