can't reset password they send me a otp I use it and it say invalid otp. after making a call with the customer care I was asked for full name gave it date of birth gave it phone number gave it and started asking for account balance which I started getting suspicious of I asked why and the call was cut might have to withdraw and return the pos cause my other pos money is still hanging too

This app is completely useless. It has problems in every part — login issues, OTP not working, slow interface, and poor design. Nothing works as it should. Don’t waste your time or data — do not download this app.

What’s new

This update introduces VAT display on the loan fees screen in line with new regulatory requirements. We’ve enhanced security during sensitive actions such as PIN and password changes, resets, and device changes. Transaction narration has been improved to prevent special character errors, and merchants can now re-upload bank statements after completing a loan application. We also implemented performance improvements, UI enhancements, and general bug fixes for a smoother experience.
