I am a fan of fairmoney but this business app is not working at all. It's looking so inferior compared to the normal app. I have submitted all the documents for upgrade for more than a week now, yet nothing has happened. It's still showing verification in progress

I registered after downloading this app but when I forgot my username and password. when I press forgotten password up till this moment thru have not sent otp to me .

absolutely good using app but searching banks during transfer always takes time to locate destination bank.
