This is the worst support team I have ever seen in my whole life.First my credit limit was 200 qr then change to 4000 qr then change to zero and profile under review until now I didn't receive the approval and my credit remains ZERO. Contacted their support team through WhatsApp and emails but no benefit , as there is no phone number to call, one day they say your application is under review. I don't recommend this application.

not in English and does not have The United States as a choice for location only middle eastern countries and only 6 choices. In other words it's designed perfectly not to work. Brilliant. This is bizarre, I'm still trying and still no English options, I can't even put in my phone number because they have an area code from over-seas. Well done folks, really, what's the point.

Generally great experience and very convenient, the only thing that annoys a bit is that it doesn't allow the user to use PayLater service if the QID is about to expire in 6 months.. which doesn't make a lot of sense.. my ID still has about 5 months to expire and I cannot renew from now .. and it's accepted all over the country with all transactions including government and banking ..... I wish you could find a solution for this to continue using the service. thank you
