I’m truly disappointed with the Paylater service. I registered over a month ago and I'm still in the queue with no update. I was really hoping to use this service, but the long wait has been quite discouraging. I have noticed other costumers got approved within a week and they registered after me. This is totally unfair.

Very bad application, from requesting to increase my balance to being on hold for a endless review. then comes multiple agent said that there's no specific timeline of waiting. omg it's been already 4 months still nothing is certain. is this application still works or it's just a bluff and fake running applications. management of pay later, what happened? I have decided to deactivate my account as it's useless anyway just having notification but I'm not able to use it. bravo with your policy.

This is by far the worst PayLater app I have ever used. It keeps customers waiting for days without giving any clear answer or update. The app wastes people's time by showing "please wait" instead of making a proper decision. Customer support is also unhelpful and keeps repeating the same response without solving anything. If you cannot approve an application, at least reject it with a clear reason instead of making customers wait endlessly. Extremely frustrating and disappointing expe
