I’m truly disappointed with the Paylater service. I registered over a month ago and I'm still in the queue with no update. I was really hoping to use this service, but the long wait has been quite discouraging. I have noticed other costumers got approved within a week and they registered after me. This is totally unfair.

worst Customer service i came across, despite following every step they asked since July. Not a single problem has been solved. Agents just give empty promises & toss the responsibility on other agents which they do the same. No one has an answer for anything. not interested anymore in chasing this service. while other get it in couple of days they refused updating my balance, they put more obstacles for some & others get it easily. am just sad for the wated time i spent reaching out to them.

The application needs attention from the company and many improvements. Many times login is difficult as it asks you to enter an OTP which doesn't arrive, arrives late, or doesn't work at all stating you entered a wrong one.
