I’m truly disappointed with the Paylater service. I registered over a month ago and I'm still in the queue with no update. I was really hoping to use this service, but the long wait has been quite discouraging. I have noticed other costumers got approved within a week and they registered after me. This is totally unfair.

Hi, Well to be honest in the beginning it seems very helpful, I purchased and paid my installments before the due date, maintaining a good payments history, still my limit reduce to 0, I have been approaching the concerned through email, Whatsapp help lines. all the time same reply, now it's almost 2 months and my limit is still 0, I am unable to understand how there system is working, hope after my feedback might some action will be taken thanks

Very bad application, from requesting to increase my balance to being on hold for a endless review. then comes multiple agent said that there's no specific timeline of waiting. omg it's been already 4 months still nothing is certain. is this application still works or it's just a bluff and fake running applications. management of pay later, what happened? I have decided to deactivate my account as it's useless anyway just having notification but I'm not able to use it. bravo with your policy.
