Request to Pay (R2P)

- Accept payments from your customer remotely through a payment link
- Enter customer’s name and phone number, share the link via SMS or your preferred application like WhatsApp
- The customer will be able to pay you remotely through the link
- The link is valid for 72 hours

E-wallet payments

Ratings and reviews

Very disappointing experience. It has been over a week, and my issue remains unresolved. I keep receiving the same generic responses saying they are working on my case, but no actual progress has been made. Even the account manager is waiting for a response from their team. The delay has affected my business and caused me to lose clients. Customer support lacks urgency and communication. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

the app crashed every time you click on verifying yourself. it has so many bugs as well. hope they fix it in next update. I guess it shouldn't be available for download unless it was completely ready. very disappointed

Can't even have a chance to fill up the forms and requirements, app is always crashing from the moment you open it.. Worst experience
