Ratings and reviews

For the most part, it's okay (using a modern Samsung phone) and I would rate it a 3, but the app has ghost notifications that you can't get rid of. Therefore, you have those annoying message counters on the icon all the time. Furthermore, you'd think that with today's modern communication methods, it would be accurate on how much time is left on the washing machine, but the time remaining is always incorrect.

This app has major bugs. It probably works fine with a WiFi connection but I have to continually restart my phone using Bluetooth to maintain a connection. This is very annoying and time consuming. Continual messages such as "Server is unavailable. Please try again" and freezes on the "Searching for Machines" function. I updated with the latest version and it still does not work properly.

On multiple occasions when you select the machines it buffers while saying "Authorizing" When the buffering ends it'll say "Machine is in use" when none of the machines are being used at that time. I'll try the machine next to it that is not being used and it'll go through the same motions as before, and ends in the same way. Other times the signal to use the app sucks at my apartment complex, but I believe that's an issue with the location of the washers and dryers in the apartment complex.
