Worst app, worst Customer support. They only care about money and nothing else. I ordered a soundbox, when enquired they said there is option of cumulative and instant settlement. but after I received the box only Instant settlement option was enabled by default. when I contacted the team, they said after 31 August it will be rectified. but till date there is no update. I am trying to raise a ticket , the ticketing tool is not even allowing me raise the ticket. Cheating the customers, worst app.

The product is good, but when it comes to service, they are really bad In the beginning period, the service were free. Now they started asking money for servicing the product which is theirs. they install refurbished product in our shop and when it get damaged, we should spend our money to service their machine. also the app changes its settings its own. there is an option to disallow credit cards upi(because it is chargeable). but even if we disallow it, it will get activated automatically

I have been facing this serious this serious and annoying issue that whenever I click on any of the options on the app, it redirects me to external links automatically. Resolve this issue immediately. Otherwise I have to look for other options.
