Worst app ever seen. Deactivation of merchant account is impossible here. Even you cannot cancel the rental subscription of sound box. Earlier the rental was free, but recently imposed rental without prior information and even there is no option to cancel it. They always say our agent will get back to you. When the agent calls even if I say to cancel they say some other offer is applied which i don't need Trying this for the past 1 month. Worst service

Worstest app of all time award goes to paytm for business .... I'm trying to deactivate my account since past a year as my shop is closed due to some personal reasons. I had taken a subscription of lifetime free soundbox but now i see that the soundbox charges are applied on me,this is buggy. And nice part is that you cannot deactivate the soundbox from your side, all things are in company's hand.Once you bought a soundbox from this platform ,you are totally traped.

I have submitted multiple requests through the Paytm app to permanently close my merchant account. Over the past two months, I have received several calls, which I attended and answered all their questions. Despite this, my account has still not been closed. Instead, I am being persuaded through various means not to proceed with closing the account. I humbly request the Government of India to kindly assist me in getting my merchant account permanently closed as soon as possible.
