Worst app ever seen. Deactivation of merchant account is impossible here. Even you cannot cancel the rental subscription of sound box. Earlier the rental was free, but recently imposed rental without prior information and even there is no option to cancel it. They always say our agent will get back to you. When the agent calls even if I say to cancel they say some other offer is applied which i don't need Trying this for the past 1 month. Worst service

I opened merchant account but never requested or received soundbox yet they directly deducted rent for one and half year when I received a payment. until now I didn't knew there is soundbox active on my name. when tried connecting to customer support, they put me to automated for hour and after connecting to love advisor they closed the call saying it will be sorted in 4 days afetr which I was never able to connect with live advisor and the automated system denied request saying technical is

They deducted 125rs every month as sound box rental charges without giving one. So was not using the app for the last one year. But one of my friends sent money to this app as he was not aware that I was no longer using it. The real part comes here. They instantly deducted 1125 Rupees out of 2000 rupees settled only 875 Rupees. I have complained about this 3 times in the last year, still not resolved.
