Very poor experience with Paytm Soundbox. The device has been extremely unreliable, with frequent technical issues and delays in service. Sometimes the payment announcement doesn’t work properly, which creates confusion for both customers and the shopkeeper. I expected better service and reliability from Paytm, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Customer support also did not provide a satisfactory solution.

Worst customer service ever I’m very disappointed with the service also the customer service representative as they never resolved the issue however always closed the ticket without resolving it.On top of that while on call they put call hold for more then 40 mins. I have other thing to do not to be on your call for such a long time. Really really disappointed.

Worst app, worst Customer support. They only care about money and nothing else. I ordered a soundbox, when enquired they said there is option of cumulative and instant settlement. but after I received the box only Instant settlement option was enabled by default. when I contacted the team, they said after 31 August it will be rectified. but till date there is no update. I am trying to raise a ticket , the ticketing tool is not even allowing me raise the ticket. Cheating the customers, worst app.
