Order ahead doesn't have enough customization to replace at-window ordering IMO. It's also not helpful when there's a line and no express online only lane- you are stuck waiting anyway. Employees often come outside and take orders at cars to speed things up, which is *super* helpful BUT there's no way to scan the app then, so I've missed out on a lot of points. Some kind of scan receipt for retroactive points feature would be helpful in this scenario, or when your phone is dead or you forgot it

all of the employees i have met are very friendly. I enjoy that they almost always make my order perfect. there have been a few times that it wasn't correct, but they were die to fix it right away.
