app was great. Did not receive the drinks I ordered. when I called the store, was told "yeah, the driver left without them. there should be a way on the app to contact him." tried contacting the driver several times. no response.

the app is alright, but the whole point of placing an online order,in my opinion, is for the food to be ready by the time you come to pick it up. but they won't make it until you come and tell them that you have an online order. so either wait forever in drive thru,or go inside and stand there like a **** until they are done taking everyone's orders and only then someone will acknowledge you and ask what you need,that's when they tell the kitchen to start making the online order.it's 2025 c'mon
