I like being able to mobile order my food however there is a glitch with the customizing. I ordered a hamburger which I wanted plain but I always still get it with mustard. I also do bunless. I believe it only prints on the store receipt 4 customized options when there are 5 choices. So the store does not know all the items that you have removed. Please fix this issue.

app was great. Did not receive the drinks I ordered. when I called the store, was told "yeah, the driver left without them. there should be a way on the app to contact him." tried contacting the driver several times. no response.

The Amigos app has potential but needs improvement. Sign-up is clunky without Google login, and payment options like Google Pay don’t work. Navigation lacks an in-app back button, and combo ordering is tedious. Orders aren’t always prepped by the app's promised time, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. Overall, not the smoothest experience.
