Overall a really good food app but the rewards for the points earned dropped by half over the last year which kinda turned me off to ordering from them as frequently. Also the inability to modify ingredient amounts and order sauces is kinda lame cuz they never seem to make it into the bag when I ask for them at pickup so I'm thinking of they don't see it on the screen it doesn't get done.

I like being able to mobile order my food however there is a glitch with the customizing. I ordered a hamburger which I wanted plain but I always still get it with mustard. I also do bunless. I believe it only prints on the store receipt 4 customized options when there are 5 choices. So the store does not know all the items that you have removed. Please fix this issue.

The Amigos app has potential but needs improvement. Sign-up is clunky without Google login, and payment options like Google Pay don’t work. Navigation lacks an in-app back button, and combo ordering is tedious. Orders aren’t always prepped by the app's promised time, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. Overall, not the smoothest experience.
