New store opening near my house - yay! Promo to win a year of free custards - yay! I attempted to register on the app. It requested a promo code and refused to move past it. Ok, annoying but let's see if we can work around it. I registered on the website and then attempted to log in. No matching users found. Weird, but maybe the database isn't synced instantly. Tried again the next day. Still can't sign in. Checked the website. Can't sign in there either. Email says I'm enrolled, so WTH?

You can only view the menu, view locations, add a payment card (not remove it), and check in. there's no option to order ahead. you can't redeem rewards on the app. you can't even submit a service request on the app. I don't understand the point of this app?! there's no functionality at all.

Great service all the time at my usual location & great frozen custard as well! I'm only giving the 3 stars because of how terrible the app acts. Whenever I open the app & use it, browse through, it is constantly lagging no matter how great my end of the connection is working. It gets overwhelming w/ how much it lags, I would love to be able to browse through the app quickly within a click, but it's impossible to do so. Please fix these problems & update the app for better, faster, & easier use.
