ABSOLUTE TRASH APP! I looooove the custards though, but terrible interface. It can't seem to reload my account even though I saved my card. i have to reenter it every time. cannot tell me what my reward is but can sure tell me it expires in a couple of weeks. last i checked, I had at least 30 pts but now I have none. I know it didn't use it. checking in has been no issue really. just managing account money and seeing rewards. please fix and upgrade. it's 2022. this app is from early 2010s...

The custard is fantastic! However, I got a new phone and transferred all my apps over. Login info needed to get into the app. Says my information is incorrect. I attempt to use password reset, but I am given the error message that my email doesn't exist. OK, so I go through the sign up process...get a message saying there is already an account with my email (the one that didn't exist). I don't know what to do!?

This place is absolutely amazing I'm so very thankful that I stumbled upon it everything on their menu has been great so far that I've tried, which has been over half the menu. I try to get something different every time but my favorite has to be the stolen brownie! Having the app helps you get rewards of $5 off or you could combine them to get even more off your next order, yes it is a little pricey but so worth it!
