Ratings and reviews

Just use the drive thru: it's faster. They make you park and come into the store to pick up your order: even though I got here on time (6 minutes from ordering) it's been an extra ten on top waiting on it while the drive through gets priority: the point of mobile ordering is supposed to be convenience. There's no reason they can't just give you your mobile ordered food for pickup in the drive through but it's policy. Also, app requires you to opt into all their emails to register: annoying.

Terrible ordering experience. Chick-fil-A has a 1000x better app. Feels like a web app, not very fluid, slow to navigate, and many other poor UI/UX design decisions.

It can be a little bit tricky to order from, but overall it's okay. I think they should allow a customer to order more sauces when they get more tenders. BTW, PDQ is our favorite fast food chicken place.....but I sure do wish they'd bring back the TATER TOTS! TOTS rule! Waffle fries drool.
