First impressions - I received a gift card and went to use it, but was told there was no balance on it. It took 2 more tries for the purchaser to get it working. My 2nd redemption attempt failed because the clerk was new and didn't know how it worked. It happens. I then downloaded the app. The sign up process has an opt IN, for text / email, but you can NOT continue unless checking the box to opt in. Clearly app refinement & clear procedures are called for. It's 2026 and it's just a gift card!

Lots of features won't load . Tried to redeem my free oreo cakester, wouldn't go through . Shows up in app but wouldn't come off. It expires in 3 days & I live a distance from the store . So dissapointed with that .

It only takes a few minutes to set up and you are earning rewards, and the discounts on some items are very good.
