Ratings and reviews

The app sucks. Can't login at all because it doesn't recognize my email even though customer service recognizes it. Tried submitting a contact us but the Recaptcha picture or whatever never loads even though my phone has everything set up to their specifications(Chrome/Android browser, Java on, app literally updated again when opening it so it's the newest version). Beginning to understand why they had to close so many of their locations.

The only thing this app does well is error. every time I attempt to place an order of the approaches that it cannot validate my cart. every time I attempt to submit a support ticket through the app to let the company know that there is an issue I receive an error message that says that my browser does not work with the captcha format even though the browser is the one shipped internally with the app.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Not sure why Old Chicago changed their rewards system and started using this. The app always crashes. Doesn't provide any information for beer tours, mini tours or reward progress. Management and staff have no control and all admit to hating the new system because it makes their job harder. Not worth the download.
