Ratings and reviews

You can't apply your gift cards if you order from the app or website. The only payment option is to use your credit/debit card. You can't use gpay and you don't even have the option to pay in the restaurant when you pick up! The gift card I have is just a huge waste if I can't order to go with it.

Visits are always fun. This app on the other hand has issues. There is no way to upload a receipt for a missed visit. the page is blank after selecting upload receipt. Marked down until this is fixed. Website isn't much better. Website asks for missed visit code on your receipt. The receipts I have do not have codes. Disappointed.

When claiming the queso reward and you get primo style, it deducts the primo charge off your total and then have to pay the difference in the restaurant at pickup. Defeats the purpose of paying your bill online at time of order. Also the tip is fidgety when you want to adjust for your own preferred amount and changes the payment info. Very annoying.
