The food and service were good, but the app is a joke. The menu promises rewards, so you download the app and sign up while ordering, but then it completely fails to instruct you on how to actually get your points. I spent a lot of money tonight and got absolutely no credit because the app is completely unintuitive. Fix the clunky check-in process if you want repeat customers!

Ken is the absolute best! Her customer service is impeccable. She is knowledgeable and she works the bar area like a champ. She is so patient and works hard.
