Ratings and reviews

Zilch has been a lifeline for me. It is so simple and easy to use. Pay 25% when you buy something, pay the rest in 3 fortnightly payments. You get a digital Zilch card to put in your google wallet, use it anywhere, just like a regular credit card. The app has a good user interface, easy to navigate, and see how much credit you've used and have left, as well as when payments are due. The support team go out of their way, above and beyond to help with any issues you have. 5 stars!!!

The lend service is good. But their means of contacting Customer Services are useless. You can't call them unless you have an accessibility issue. You can't rely on a 30 minute window through a live chat (I contacted them this morning and I've been waiting all day for a response which isn't normal). Their social media channels just redirect you to their live chat as does the phone. It's impossible to contact a human that will help. Would not recommend that.

The pay system has changed, use to be easy, now you have to bounce through several different websites, including your bank before payment is cleared. That's if it does go through! Right now, I can't make a payment. It just says something went wrong. There's over £500 in account, and I'm trying to pay £14!?? Noticed you have to pay for snooze now too, that's a sure way to lose customers. Think I'll TRY and pay everything off and delete this zilch now. It ju seems too dodgy and unpredictable now.
