Important information.
Clearpay credit subject to status. Ensure you can make repayments on time. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it's still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your future access to credit and your details may be passed onto a debt collection agency working on Clearpay's behalf. T&Cs apply Clearpay.co.uk/Terms.
Clearpay is deemed authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the purposes of the Temporary Permission regime for Regulated Deferred Payment Credit. Waste of time in my opinion! When you set up the app they give £450 spending limit, then after me making a purchase of no more than £100 pound, never missed a payment and in fact paid off early, Now all my purchases are being declined. Contacted clearpay and was told they make spare of the moment decisions on whether to authorise your purchase or not. So to that i say... why do they give you a £450 spend limit then say you cannot use it?

Absolutely brilliant company, an absolute lifesaver. I have not got the greatest credit history but I have a manageable amount of credit available through clearpay which I use sensibly and always make sure I repay them on time. It has helped me through many a sticky patch when I needed something essential and didn't have all the money at the time. Thoroughly recommend them.

The app is really simple to use. The ability to spread payments into smaller chunks helps finance more considered purchases. The customer service team are amazing and has always been able to help, even when you have forgotten your payment is due! 🫣 They are all extremely friendly and approachable and willing to help source a solution.
