Ratings and reviews

PC version is good. Android version is awful. Android version needs to be manually started, don't forget! There is little or no feedback that the software is even running, much less monitoring sites, downloads, web pages, etc. There is also almost nil reporting on previous actions taken, no way I have found to schedule scans lime they have available on the pc version. Shall I continue. Again, I like the PC version, Android, not so much...

I love PCMATIC! I have had the Evergreen version for years, and have trusted PCMatic for all this time. Recently I noticed I can no longer set the app to do a automatic viral scan on my Android phone, I have tried many times to set it as my default viral scanner, but my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is not allowing me to set it anymore. I can manually do scans, but I can never be sure if the scan is correct, it LOOKS like it's running, but I never get any feedback on my phone from them.

It seems to be good software, but more so on a desktop computer. The company is quite unresponsive if you need help. They don't publish contact information, and refer you to stock fixes, which did not work in out case. After days of back and forth, we are back in gear. The problems seem to happen whenever they perform an update. Good luck.
