I've used the premium version of this VPN for several years. At first it connected very easily to a variety of regions/countries. However the last few weeks it does not connect at all. I've tried different regions with no success. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling it on my device, restarting the device, etc. and nothing gets it to connect.

Using over multiple devices and does exactly what it says it will. Easy to use and worth paying for the premium version. Edit: May 2026. Had issues connecting, tls error, on my Android phone, contacted customer service and they responded, within a day or two, with an email and resolution, which worked. Still enjoying this VPN.

I have a paid subscription but am frustrated by this vpn. It's a struggle for it to connect, and it constantly loses connection. I can't find an option to add a second device and have to constantly sign in when I wish to connect through the second device. There is no email for technical support😭😭
